Our founder and head baker, Heather Arauz, is a devout mother with a deep passion for being a doula and advocating for peaceful, holistic births. While solidifying her position as a doula to be recognized through medical channels so she can provide services that get billed through the state, Rollin Sconez acts as a foundation to lean on until she can fully focus on her true calling: supporting women through birth.
